An anonymous client launched a unique crypto treasure hunt, requiring custom illustrative artwork that contained visual clues leading users to discover and claim NFTs. The challenge was to create engaging artwork based on Southern California locations, maintain strong brand cohesion, and develop a website with blockchain connectivity.
My role was to design and hand-draw the illustrative artwork, create custom fonts and a logo, develop a WordPress website with blockchain integration, and establish NFT ownership protocols. The goal was to create a delightful internet game with real-life applications that would drive significant social media engagement.
I began by researching and illustrating Southern California locations, incorporating subtle visual cues into the artwork to guide users to the NFTs.
