Cyara, a leading AI-driven CX transformation platform, approached me with a dated website and a desire to refresh their brand identity to better reflect their innovative solutions. They had user data indicating areas for improvement in their existing digital presence.
My task was to leverage this user data to redesign their logo and website, focusing on enhancing user experience, streamlining navigation, and creating a cohesive visual identity that accurately represented Cyara's brand and offerings.
Instructing their in-house team, we conducted an analysis of the user data, identifying key pain points and areas for optimization. I then crafted a modern, AI-inspired logo and designed a clean, intuitive website interface, prioritizing user-centric design principles. This included simplifying complex information, improving content accessibility, and ensuring a seamless user journey across all devices. I also developed a refined visual style guide to maintain consistency and strengthen brand recognition.
The redesigned website and logo significantly improved user engagement and brand perception. Cyara received positive feedback on the enhanced user experience and the modern, approachable aesthetic that is quantifiable via A/B testing and ultimately conversion data. The streamlined navigation and clearer presentation of information resulted in increased user interaction and a stronger online presence, solidifying Cyara's position as a market leader in CX transformation.
